We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Albany. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore Empire State Plaza and attend events at Albany Conference Center. Additionally, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
